FILM CLUB WORKSHOPS
We’ve been running our free workshops for over a year now and, following feedback from attendees, we’re relaunching them as a weekly ‘filmmaking club’. No more 5 week limit, no locked age groups, and kit dedicated specifically for workshop use!
The club workshops are a great opportunity for budding filmmakers to experience the fun of filmmaking in an encouraging and supportive environment. Our team bring real professional industry experience to the table, as well as background of film school teaching experience and all of our workshop leaders have PVG certificates from Disclosure Scotland for your peace of mind.
Attendees learn everything from camera operating and focus pulling, to lighting, green screen, sound recording and camera dolly systems. Plus they’ll get the opportunity to work together to create their very own short films!
Any created films will be made available for download for attendees, and they’ll get the opportunity to screen them in the studio on our 4K projector so they can see their hard work on the big screen!
The Film Club Workshops run every Thursday evenings starting at 7pm. Each session lasts for 2 hours, finishing at 9pm and are open to all 12-18yos.
